400 kWA MAA Series Tunnel Type Induction Heating

MAA series tunnel type induction heating machines are systems with parallel resonance and current Decirculation. As standard, 150kVA, 200kVA, 250KVA, 300kVA, 400KVA, 500kVA and 600kVA are produced in lower and higher powers and special production is carried out according to customer requirements. By continuously monitoring the resonant frequency, the machine efficiency has been increased to the maximum level. With advanced overcurrent protection circuit, high voltage protection circuit thermostat control, no water warning, the machine has been provided with an easy-to-use and long-lasting structure. The operator can monitor frequency information, alarm status and practical information such as production quantity via the touch control panel. Depending on the application method, the machine can work in harmony with the robot and thus production costs are reduced and process traceability is ensured.
