30 Kw Induction Surface Hardening

MYS HF-30 surface hardening machines are manufactured for hardening various shapes and lengths of workpieces by induction method. The product irrigation and induction generator cooling systems are chillers and a complete solution is produced together with a mechanical system. Long products are fixed between the lower and upper tailstock and induction hardening is performed. The bottom spot rotation speed is controlled and can be adjusted between 0-186 Dec/min. The Z axis movement is precisely controlled by servo motor. The Y-axis movement is provided by DC motor. Below are the generator options that we have installed on the mechanical system.
