100 Kw Medium Frequency Induction Surface Hardening

MYS MF-100 surface hardening machines are manufactured for hardening various shapes and lengths of workpieces by induction method. The product irrigation and induction generator cooling systems are chillers and a complete solution is produced together with a mechanical system. Long products are fixed between the lower and upper tailstock and induction hardening is performed. The bottom spot rotation speed is controlled and can be adjusted between 0-186 Dec/min.
